USA Games Spotlight: Nihan Uslu

When we last caught up with Nihan Uslu, her mother Ana noted the life-changing benefits of Special Olympics Southern California. Now, the 27-year-old is nearing a trip she will remember for the rest of her life.

Nihan and her teammates on the Pomona Valley women\’s basketball team are set to compete at the 2018 Special Olympics USA Games from July 1-7 in Seattle.

From the physical activity to the bond with her teammates, Special Olympics means many different things to Nihan and her development.
